Before: Steam cleaners had over-wet this carpet at
a customers house in Sevenoaks. The circled black
splodges were ink from the makers name printed
on the underlay soaking up through the carpet!

After: Because we only dampen the carpet pile when we clean, we were able to remove the stains without drawing more ink up through the carpet.
